To enter the sweepstakes, fill out all the information in the online entry form and submit. Go to www.chillygoattubs.com/mfcgiveaway to register. Any form of entry other than as specified in these rules (including but not limited to automated, copied, third-party or mechanically reproduced entries) is prohibited and will be disqualified. Master Spas will be collecting personal data about participants when they register and enter the sweepstakes. By entering the sweepstakes, the entrant agrees and consents to being contacted by Chilly GOAT Cold Tubs and Master Spas' retailers. By participating in the sweepstakes, entrants agree to all the terms and conditions of the privacy policies of Master Spas. By entering you agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of Master Spas which will be final and binding in all respects. The official rules will be posted on the Master Spas website throughout the sweepstakes. Entries are void if incomplete, or if they contain errors or do not comply with all requirements in these rules.

Official Rules

The Master Spas MFC Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the United States. Entrants can be any age, but prize must be claimed by adult 18 years of age or older.

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Master Spas (the "Sponsor"). Employees, officers, directors and representatives of Sponsor and their corporate affiliates, and those with whom such persons are domiciled, are not eligible. Sweepstakes subject to all federal, state and local laws. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited. By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules.

1. ENTRY TIMEFRAME:
Sweepstakes begins September 29, 2023 at 12:01 AM Eastern Time and ends midnight EST on October 2, 2023.

2. PRIZE:

ONE (1) GOAT SWAG prize package from Michael Phelps Chilly GOAT Cold Tub by Master Spas, including one (1) hoodie, one (1) hat, and (one) towel. No substitutions, exchanges, refunds, or cash redemptions of prizes by Winner is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Sweepstakes without awarding the prize if no eligible winners or alternate winners claim the prize within the required time period. Winners are responsible for any and all local, state, and federal taxes associated with claiming this prize.

3. SELECTION OF WINNER:
ONE (1) winners will be selected from all eligible entries received on or before the Sweepstakes deadline. Finalists will be notified via email on or about October 6, 2023. If Sponsors are unable to notify winner by email, in Sponsors' sole discretion, a selected winner may be required to forfeit a prize and an alternate winner may be selected in accordance with these Official Rules from among the remaining eligible entries for that prize if selected winner (i) fails to respond to Sponsors within ten (10) days of notification, (ii) declines or cannot accept, receive or use the prize for any reason, or (iii) fails to comply with these Official Rules. The number of eligible entries will determine the odds of winning.

4. CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS APPLY:
Winner must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Proof of U.S residency, age, and identity are required to claim a prize. Winner is subject to verification by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. An entrant is not a winner of any prize unless and until entrant's eligibility has been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete. Names and email address of Sweepstakes participants may be used for future marketing solicitations by Sponsors. By accepting a prize, winner agrees and acknowledges that Sponsor may use winner's name, voice, biographical data, likeness and city name in any and all media throughout the universe and in perpetuity for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND GENERAL CONDITIONS:
By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects. By entering, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor and each of its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and marketing agencies and each of their respective employees, officers, shareholders, directors, representatives and agents (collectively, "Releasees") from and against any claims, damages or liability involving or arising out of (i) late, lost, delayed, misdirected, postage due, mutilated, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible entries; (ii) telephone system, technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, transmission or other errors of any kind whether mechanical, human, electronic or otherwise; (iii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (iv) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused, including death, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use or misuse of any prize or from participating in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes related activity; or (v) any printing, distribution, typographical, administrative, human or technological errors involving or associated with the Sweepstakes. Sponsors disclaim any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with the Sweepstakes.

6. SPONSORS’ RESERVATION OF RIGHTS:
Sponsors reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, or suspend this Sweepstakes (or any portion of the Sweepstakes) should any virus, bug, computer problem, force majeure, or other cause or problem corrupt or inhibit the administration, security or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. In such situation (or in the event of any type of error), Sponsors reserve the right to select the winners from eligible entries received prior to the action taken or in such manner as deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsors. In no event will Sponsors be liable for more than the stated number of prizes in these Official Rules. Sponsors may prohibit entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant or Sponsors' representatives. Releasees have not made and/or are not responsible for any misrepresentation or guaranty, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prizes.
By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event will attorneys' fees be awarded or recoverable; and (3) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby knowingly and expressly waives all rights to seek, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and/or any other damages, other than actual out of pocket expenses, and/or any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

7. PRIVACY POLICY/DISCLOSURES OF INFORMATION:
Sponsors may collect and use personal information that entrants provide to enter the Sweepstakes to actually conduct the Sweepstakes and contact potential winners. Personal information includes any information that can be tracked back to a specific individual use, including name, postal address, and telephone number. As noted above, Sponsors (including any successors or assigns) may use names and email addresses of Sweepstakes participants for future marketing solicitations by Sponsors. Otherwise, no personal information that Sponsors collect in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes will be sold or given to anyone who may contact entrants for any purpose not related to the
