Alpine Terrain

We introduced Chilly Goat tubs to our facility in February 2024, and they have been a huge hit among our patrons ever since. People of all ages, from students to retirees, enjoy taking a dip in the tubs for various reasons. Some use them to recover from soreness, others to wake up in the morning, and some even to help focus before a study session.
In our first year, we recorded over 10,000 uses! On busy days, we exceed 100 patrons, averaging about 24 patrons daily. Before the Chilly Goat tubs arrived, our facility was open from 11 am to 8 pm. Now, we open at 6 am so patrons can use the tubs first thing in the morning. Thanks to the Chilly Goat tubs, our aquatics facility now serves patrons from dawn to dusk.
Due to their popularity, we established a permanent guard station in the area to monitor patrons and ensure rule compliance. With the increased number of users, we have a dedicated shift every night to drain the tubs, replace the filters, and refill them, ensuring they are ready for the opening shift.
As an operator, I appreciate how easy the Chilly Goat tubs were to set up. We simply plugged them in and filled them with water to get them working. However, I wish the internal area was easier to access, as removing six screws and a panel repeatedly erodes the wood. Additionally, I wish there was a simpler way to turn the tubs off and on. Currently, we have to unplug the socket from the outlet and then plug it back in, pressing the buttons on the plug to turn it back on.
Overall, I am grateful for the Chilly Goat tubs. They have transformed our aquatics area, and we are proud to offer this unique form of aquatics programming to our patrons!

I love the Alpine. Being in a cold tub is not always where you want to be but being comfortable makes all the difference in the world. The built in seat and armrests are key for me as they provide the stability and leverage I need as an amputee to enter and exit the tub with ease.
