Your refurbished or blemished Chilly GOAT tub has been tested and certified, so you can feel confident that it is built for lasting performance, We stand behind it with coverage that protects your investment.

What’s Covered:

• Shell Structure – 1 year of coverage against leaks caused by defects in materials or workmanship
• Equipment (pump, heater, control system, and chiller) – 1 year of coverage on all major operational components (parts-only)
• Plumbing & Wall Fittings – 1 year of coverage against leaks due to defects in materials or workmanship
• Factory-Installed LED Light System – 1 year of coverage for malfunction due to material or workmanship defects
• Factory-Installed UV System – 1 year of coverage for malfunction due to material or workmanship defects
• Nonslip Comfort Floor Pad – 1 year of coverage for adhesion issues or separation from the floor (normal wear, fading, or cuts not covered)

Note that a cold tub sold as refurbished or blemished does not include a shell surface warranty and is considered sold as is in regard to cosmetic appearances. For exclusions and limitations, please see the owner's manual.
