If you still want to use ice, the amount you'll need depends on factors like your source water temperature and how cold you want the bath. As a general guide, a 1:3 ratio of ice to water works well. Since the Chilly GOAT GO! holds about 120 gallons of water, you’d typically need about 40 gallons of ice. But don’t worry — if your source water is warmer or if you prefer a colder plunge, it's easy to adjust the amount accordingly!
Can the Chilly GOAT GO! be used indoors, if desired?

installed indoors.

How often do I need to change the water?
