What’s Covered
- Shell Structure – 2 years of coverage against leaks caused by defects in materials or workmanship
- Shell Surface Finish – 2 years of coverage against blistering, cracking, or delamination (spider cracking not considered a defect)
- Equipment (pump, heater, control system, and chiller) – 1 year of coverage on all major operational components
- Plumbing & Wall Fittings – 1 year of coverage against leaks due to defects in materials or workmanship
- Factory-Installed LED Light System – 1 year of coverage for malfunction due to material or workmanship defects
- Factory-Installed UV System – 1 year of coverage for malfunction due to material or workmanship defects
- Nonslip Comfort Floor Pad – 1 year of coverage for adhesion issues or separation from the floor (normal wear, fading, or cuts not covered)

Your Chilly GOAT Valaris tub is engineered with premium materials and precise craftsmanship—and we back it with clear coverage that protects your investment from day one.
What’s Covered
- Shell Structure – 2 years of coverage against leaks caused by defects in materials or workmanship

- Factory-Installed LED Light System – 1 year of coverage for malfunction due to material or workmanship defects

- Shell & Wall Fittings – 1 year of coverage against leaks caused by defects in materials or workmanship. Master Spas will provide replacement components or, if necessary, a replacement tub (parts only) within the one-year period due to qualifying defects.

- Tub & Cover Seams – 1 year of coverage against leaks caused by defects in materials or workmanship. If any seam failure occurs within one year due to a manufacturing defect, Master Spas will provide a replacement tub or cover (parts only).

Portable Chiller Warranty Coverage

What’s Covered
- Portable Chiller Components – 1 year of coverage against malfunction due to defects in materials or workmanship. If any component fails within the one-year period due to a manufacturing defect, Master Spas will provide a replacement chiller or applicable parts (parts only).

Sweaty GOAT Sauna Warranty Coverage
Your Sweaty GOAT Sauna is crafted with precision and built to deliver years of consistent, rejuvenating heat therapy. Every unit is assembled using premium materials and tested electrical systems to ensure reliable performance session after session.
What’s Covered
- Electrical Components (Control System & Heaters) – 5 years of coverage against failure or malfunction due to defects in materials or workmanship. Master Spas will provide replacement parts (parts only) to repair or replace defective components during this period.
- Workmanship & Hardware – Coverage applies to cabinet panels and hardware supplied prior to assembly. If defects in materials or workmanship are discovered before installation, Master Spas will provide replacement parts (parts only).

Choosing the Right Warranty for You
Your Chilly GOAT is built to last—and we offer warranty options to match your setup and lifestyle.
- Residential Warranty – Ideal for at-home use, this plan covers your tub and components for everyday personal recovery and wellness. This comes standard with your Valaris, cold tub, ice bath, or chiller purchase.
- Commercial Warranty for Alpine Cold tubs – If your Alpine Cold Tub will be used in a gym, wellness center, or other shared space, you’ll need to purchase the Commercial Warranty. The standard residential plan is designed for personal home use only and doesn’t apply in professional or high-traffic environments. The commercial plan provides the same coverage outlined here. It’s peace of mind for you and protection for your GOAT.
- Extended Protection Plan – For extra peace of mind, we offer an Extended Protection Plan through our partner, XCover. You can purchase a 3-year or 5-year plan at checkout, or up to 11 months after your original purchase date.

How to Obtain Warranty Service
To submit a warranty claim within the warranty period (typically within the first year after delivery):
- Contact us at goattech@chillygoattubs.com
- Provide:
– Purchaser’s name
– Proof of purchase / dated receipt
– Item purchased (model, serial number, etc.)
– Details of the issue
Make sure your claim is submitted within the timeframe specified in your warranty documentation.
