Delivery information for your Chilly GOAT Cold Tub

Most products will ship curbside delivery via FedEx freight, or Freight LTL depending on your purchase.

• You can select to receive text or email updates about the status of your delivery
• With Curbside delivery, your cold tub will be delivered to the ground-level area with an appointment. The freight service will contact you via text, email, or phone to schedule delivery. For your convenience, you will be able to select a window time-frame on a day that works best for your schedule.
• With White Glove delivery (standard with Valaris models, and an option for Alpine models), the freight company will contact you via email. A two-man team will arrive at your doorstep, based on an agreed-upon appointment time. These professionals are equipped to maneuver the tub into place, as long as it remains on a single level. Keep in mind, should your delivery require more than the standard two-man effort, you will be responsible for any additional fees charged by the freight company.
