Delivery information for your Chilly GOAT Cold Tub

Most products will ship curbside delivery via FedEx freight, or Freight LTL depending on your purchase.

With Curbside delivery, your cold tub will be delivered to the ground-level area with an appointment. The freight service will contact you via text, email, or phone to schedule delivery. For your convenience, you will be able to select a window time-frame on a day that works best for your schedule.
With Premium In-Home Delivery (standard with Valaris models and Alpine models), the freight company will contact you via text, email, or phone to schedule delivery. A two-man team will arrive at your doorstep, based on an agreed-upon appointment time. These professionals are equipped to maneuver the tub into place, as long as it remains on a single level. Keep in mind, should your delivery require more than the standard two-man effort, you will be responsible for any additional fees charged by the freight company.

Delivery information for your Sweaty GOAT Sauna

Most products will ship curbside delivery via Freight LTL.

A member of the GOAT team will contact you to confirm when an order is shipped. If you selected premium in-home delivery, the GOAT team may also ask for additional information.
Your sauna will arrive in multiple packages. Featuring a locking buckle system, the sauna is designed for easy assembly. NOTE: assembly is not included and is the responsibility of the purchaser. The delivery team cannot put together the sauna.
With curbside delivery, your sauna will be delivered to the ground-level area with an appointment. The freight service will contact you via email or phone to schedule delivery. For your convenience, you will be able to select a window timeframe on a day that works best for your schedule.
You can upgrade your delivery by selecting the Premium In-Home Delivery option. With this service, a two-person team will arrive at a scheduled appointment time and carry the sauna boxes to your desired ground floor location. If delivery conditions require more than a standard two-person team, any additional fees charged by the freight carrier will be the responsibility of the customer.
