Warranty information for Chilly GOAT Cold Tubs

Residential warranty
Master Spas offers a limited warranty on Michael Phelps Chilly GOAT Cold Tubs. The warranty applies only to non-commercial, residential use of the cold tub. The warranty includes the shell structure and surface, LED light system, UV light, equipment, plumbing and wallfittings, and nonslip floor system. The warranty does not cover damage due to poor water chemistry, neglected filter care and replacement, freezing conditions, power outages, lack of attention to low water flow, or any other form of neglect, misuse, or abuse. Other exclusions may apply, as further described in this Limited Warranty.
Warranty terms for your Chilly GOAT Cold Tub
Commercial warranty
If you plan to use your Michael Phelps Chilly GOAT Cold Tub by Master Spas in a gym or commercial setting, you will need to select the commercial option on the product page. The warranty includes the shell structure and surface, LED light system, UV light, equipment, plumbing and wallfittings, and nonslip floor system. The warranty does not cover damage due to poor water chemistry, neglected filter care and replacement, freezing conditions, power outages, lack of attention to low water flow, or any other form of neglect, misuse, or abuse. Other exclusions may apply, as further described in the Commercial Limited Warranty.
Extended warranty options
For additional coverage, you can select an extended warranty for your cold tub. Michael Phelps Chilly GOAT Cold Tubs by Master Spas has partnered with Clyde to provide a protection plan. We work closely with Clyde to manage the plan and ensure exceptional customer service. You can purchase the extended warranty at checkout or up to 11 months after your purchase date.
How to obtain warranty service
For service under the original Limited Warranty (within the first year after delivery), please contact Michael Phelps Chilly GOAT Cold Tubs by Master Spas at goattech@chillygoattubs.com. Please provide the following information: name of the purchaser, proof of purchase, dated receipt, item purchased, and details of the issue. Submit Claims within the specified warranty period.
