FAQ
What is covered in the Residential Warranty?
The residential warranty includes 1 year of protection for the chiller, equipment, plumbing, wallfittings, and shell structure. There is a one-year protection on the LED light system, UV system, and nonslip floor system.
Can Valaris be installed indoors, if desired?
Yes! While designed with an all-weather cabinet to withstand outdoor installation, your Valaris tub may also be installed indoors. Due to the potential for humidity from the hot tub, we recommend only installing in a room with adequate ventilation.
When will my Chilly GOAT ship?
Current estimated shipping time for the Valaris is 4 weeks.
How will my Chilly GOAT ship?
Chilly GOAT Cold Tubs will be shipped via FedEx freight or Freight LTL.
What should I expect upon delivery?
With home delivery (standard with all Valaris models), the freight company will contact you via email. A two-man team will arrive at your doorstep, based on an agreed-upon appointment time. These professionals are equipped to maneuver the tub into place, as long as it remains on a single level. Keep in mind, should your delivery require more than the standard two-man effort, you will be responsible for any additional fees charged by the freight company.
What are the electrical requirements?
The Valaris contrast therapy tub from Michael Phelps Chilly GOAT Cold Tubs requires 240V service. MasterSpas recommends hiring a licensed electrician.
