When Michael Phelps came to us looking to develop the perfect cold tub, we knew something magical was about to happen. See, most cold tub brands start by seeking an alternative to ice baths. At Chilly GOAT, we started as experts in premium home spas… so we asked: how can we make cold water therapy feel like a real spa experience?

Between Michael’s passion for cold plunging and our decades of experience, we created a new kind of cold tub to take care of everything. FAQ

The residential warranty includes 2 years of protection for the shell structure and shell surface. There is a one-year protection on the equipment, plumbing, wallfittings, LED light system, UV system, and nonslip floor system.

The commercial warranty includes 2 years of protection for the shell structure and shell surface. There is a one-year protection on the equipment, plumbing, wall fittings, LED light system, UV system, and nonslip floor system. A commercial warranty is required for any cold tub that is not used in a residential setting.

Current estimated shipping time for the Alpine is 2 weeks.

Chilly GOAT Cold Tubs will be shipped via FedEx freight or Freight LTL.

With White Glove delivery (standard with all Alpine models), the freight company will contact you via email. A two-man team will arrive at your doorstep, based on an agreed-upon appointment time. These professionals are equipped to maneuver the tub into place, as long as it remains on a single level. Keep in mind, should your delivery require more than the standard two-man effort, you will be responsible for any additional fees charged by the freight company.

Chilly GOAT Alpine Cold Tubs require 120V/15-amp service. Master Spas recommends using a dedicated GFCI circuit to power your cold tub.
