What is covered in the Commercial Warranty?
The commercial warranty includes 2 years of protection for the chiller, equipment, plumbing, wall fittings, shell structure, and shell surface. There is a one-year protection on the LED light system, and nonslip floor system. A commercial warranty is required for any cold tub that is not used in a residential setting.
When will my Chilly GOAT ship?
Current estimated shipping time for the Alpine is 2 weeks.
How will my Chilly GOAT ship?
Chilly GOAT Cold Tubs will be shipped via FedEx freight or Freight LTL.
What should I expect upon delivery?
With Premium In-Home Delivery (standard with all Alpine models), the freight company will contact you via email. A two-man team will arrive at your doorstep, based on an agreed-upon appointment time. These professionals are equipped to maneuver the tub into place, as long as it remains on a single level. Keep in mind, should your delivery require more than the standard two-man effort, you will be responsible for any additional fees charged by the freight company.
What are the electrical requirements?
Chilly GOAT Alpine Cold Tubs require 120V/15-amp service. MasterSpas recommends using a dedicated GFCI circuit to power your cold tub.
